In the intro episode of this podcast I mentioned wanting to do "challenge episodes" that promote mental and physical wellness. This is the first challenge episode and it's a 7-day meditation challenge. It's up to you what your meditation practice looks like. I usually do a guided 10-15min mindfulness meditation in the morning. 

In this episode, we talk mental and physical benefits of meditation as well as tips to make it more enjoyable. We talk resources like books and apps that are helpful. 

Kavin finishes the episode by demonstrating an 8min mindfulness session.
